A6t Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

Please read this document carefully before using the a6t platform. By registering or using any part of this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out below.

Last updated: 2026. These terms apply to all users of the a6t platform accessing services from Malaysia.

1. Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility

By accessing, registering for, or using the a6t platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all related policies incorporated herein by reference.

To use the a6t platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years of age, or have reached the age of majority under the laws of your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
  • Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
  • Not a citizen or resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is strictly prohibited by law.
  • Not registering as a representative, agent, or contractor of another party without clear disclosure.

A6t reserves the right to verify user eligibility at any time and may temporarily suspend access pending verification if there is any doubt regarding compliance with the above conditions.

2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

Registration & Account Information

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering an a6t account. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Opening multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without compensation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. a6t is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from a user's failure to safeguard their login credentials.

User Responsibilities

Users agree not to use the a6t platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or integrity-compromising purpose. Specifically prohibited activities include:

  • Use of automated software, bots, or scripts to access the platform
  • Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the functionality of the platform
  • Identity fraud or impersonation of another user
  • Illegal fund transfers or money laundering through the platform
  • Sharing an account with a third party

3. Payments, MYR Transactions & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the a6t platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that funds deposited into their a6t account are legally obtained and not linked to any criminal activity.

A6t reserves the right to request identity verification or proof of funds before processing a withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding the platform's set limits. This process is a standard compliance measure to prevent fraud and money laundering.

Deposits that have been verified and credited to an account are final. a6t is not liable for failed transactions caused by technical issues on the part of third-party payment providers, though reasonable efforts will be made to resolve such issues in a timely manner.

Withdrawals are subject to:

  • Successful verification of the user's account
  • Full compliance with all wagering (rollover) requirements for bonus funds, where applicable
  • No signs of fraudulent activity or breach of terms
  • Daily and monthly withdrawal limits set by the platform

A6t reserves the right to decline or suspend withdrawals that raise suspicion of fraudulent activity or a breach of these terms, while notifying the user of such action.

Important Notice Regarding Transactions

  • All transactions in RM (Malaysian Ringgit)
  • Identity verification may be required for large withdrawals
  • Bonus funds are subject to separate rollover requirements
  • Daily and monthly transaction limits apply
  • Suspected fraudulent transactions may be held for review

4. Liability Limits, Account Policy & Intellectual Property

Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, a6t is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including financial losses resulting from bets or game outcomes.

A6t's total maximum liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount actually deposited by that user into their account within the 30 days preceding the claim.

Account Suspension and Closure

A6t reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if:

  • The user has breached any term in this document
  • There is evidence of fraud, abuse, or illegal activity
  • The user provided false information during registration
  • There is a legal compliance requirement that necessitates such action

Intellectual Property

All content on the a6t platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, images, software code, and user interfaces — is the exclusive property of a6t or its respective licensors and is protected under copyright and intellectual property law.

Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any platform content without prior written consent from a6t.

5. Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms

Third-Party Links & Services

The a6t platform may provide access to third-party services or content, including payment providers, game providers, and sports data providers. a6t is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Users access these third-party services at their own risk and subject to the relevant third-party terms.

Changes to These Terms

A6t reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

For material changes that significantly affect user rights, a6t will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via email or in-platform notification before such changes take effect.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the a6t platform. Any disputes arising from or in connection with the use of this platform will be resolved through procedures established by a6t, which may include direct negotiation, mediation, or arbitration as required.

Users acknowledge that a6t is not liable for any inability to access the platform due to internet restrictions, government-imposed blocks, or technical failures beyond a6t's control.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
